Location convenient for walking to attractions. Room cleanliness lacking, with bugs visible on walls.

spotlessly clean venue with really tasty and marvellous breakfasts and street views. incredible location, at a moderate distance from an art museum. very amiable staff, modern quadruple room. central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk available.

All of the staff were excellent, affable. It was in an incredible location close to a pedestrianized square. A shopping street and boutiques were right next door:)))

The food is good and the breakfast was amazing. It has particularly good and amazing location for visiting a 15th-century Dominican church.

It was in a great and favourable location with a picturesque medieval arched river bridge nearby. The breakfast was very tasty and marvellous and there were a wide range of options. In general the staff were VERY HELPFUL and excellent.

We couldn't find elevator.

The location was great for walking to attractions and the beds were comfortable and clean. The room I stayed in was cramped, with limited space for luggage and a dated bathroom setup.

I loved the cleanliness of our triple room and the location was just fab! The only bummer was the steep stairs we had to climb, especially with a little kid. 🏨

We loved the central location, walking our little ones to see the beautiful sights was easy. The kind staff were really nice too, giving us great tips for family-friendly spots. Our pet enjoyed the cute atmosphere too!

The location was really ideal. Everything in walking distance. Loved the friendly staff. The guy at reception helped carry my bag up the stairs. The room cleaning was excellent every morning!

Would recommend for a short stint

Spacious room, accommodating staff, the friendly atmosphere provided an enjoyable stay with easy access to the nearby train station, making it convenient for exploring the city's main attractions.

The newly renovated bathroom was a gem, and having the option to store our luggage early was super convenient.

It was just a proper fit for a short stint in Florence with fantastic value for money. The shower was surprisingly good despite the overall place needing updates. Avoid leaving windows open to keep the mosquitoes out.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions, particularly Aldo, were really nice too. The room was basic but very clean, and the newly renovated bathroom was a highlight of our stay. We wished there were some extra lighting options in the room for nighttime reading.
